Enjoy our beautiful home right in the center of it all. Sleep up to 15 (or 11 if you don't use the top bunks) with many bunk-beds & twins. Kitchen & back porch for dining, beach chairs, towels, free WiFi, Smart TV & more. Unwind, explore, and make memories in this perfect retreat at the ocean! Anticipate a charming experience as you arrive. Step through the front door into a unique dining room with comfortable seating for 8. The house is air conditioned throughout ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. From the first floor, you can access the living room, complete with fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, boasting all the essentials plus: coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate and creamer, master bedroom and bathroom with hairdryer and rejuvenating stand-up shower. Steps further through the sliding glass door to the fenced in back porch area, with outdoor dining space for 10. Embrace this coastal haven for an extraordinary living experience. You will have full private access to the home! The most likely method of communication between us will be messages via the booking app you used, but I live & work from home about 10 minutes away from the property, so I can be available quickly should you need anything! A great neighborhood for hitting the beach, and this home is centrally located! Walking distance to: Salisbury beach boardwalk, Cristy's pizza, Seaglass Restaurant, Sin-a-Loa & much more! Thursdays - Sundays are typically busier times and you may get stuck in extended traffic as you arrive. Your best bet is to get here, park & walk! Everything is very close! Parking is limited in Salisbury Beach! This listing includes only SIX free parking spaces. Paid offsite parking (several options within an easy 5-10m walk) is generally available at the market rate.

We were in town for the Harborside Half Marathon and Lawrence's property was perfect for our three families. The house is laid out really well, is steps from the ocean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable dinner in. We'd love to come back during the summer to enjoy the beach!

We had a need for a last minute booking for a family occasion and Lawrence's place was perfect to sleep a lot of us. The house has plenty of beds, feels very clean and the outdoor area was amazing to handle a bunch of us even in the colder weather. Lawrence was incredibly responsive and showed up in just a few minutes when we used up the propane for the outdoor fire pit and fixed a small issue we were having with the front door while he was there as well. He communicated very clearly and proactively and we appreciated everything he did for us while we stayed there.

This was our first trip to MA and the house made it that much better! Just a 30 second walk to a very clean spacious beach area! Beds were comfortable, plenty bathroom spaces. Lawrence was very friendly and quick with responses if we had any questions. Very much recommended... Would stay again! 🤩❤️

Could not have asked for a better place to stay while in the New England area. This beach house had everything we needed and more! Walking distance to a gorgeous beach, a fun carousel, and several restaurants and shops. The house itself had lots of amenities, including a full size refrigerator, a coffee station with lots of options, an ice maker, and an air fryer! We were beyond impressed with the home, especially the number of beds! There were 10 of us - everyone had their own bed and no one had to sleep on a top bunk. The home is 1 hour from Boston and 40 minutes from Salem. We decided to stay outside of the "major" because we needed a home with ample parking and this fit the bill. Overall, 10/10 for this amazing home.

Lawrence place was excellent. You cannot beat the location. Just steps away from the beach. The house was clean, had plenty of spaces for us and the patio and the outside seating by the gas firepit was a huge plus. Check-in was super easy and Lawrence communication was excellent as well. Highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Graceland! We had more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The home was beautiful and so close to the beach and just a short walk to boardwalk. Lawrence was very responsive and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

Graceland was wonderful! You can’t bet walking two minutes to the beach. The house itself was beautiful with EVERYTHING you’d need. Lawrence had beach chair, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards and more available to use. The house had tons of beds, huge bonus for my family with five kids. The outdoor shower was perfect cleaning off my young children everyday after playing on the beach. LOVED THE COFFEE STATION! Lawrence had tons of Keurig cups, coffee grounds, creamers, he definitely went above and beyond with making sure house has all the comforts you may want. The neighbors were super friendly and welcoming. Perfect summer beach house for a larger group, we would love to plan another visit!

Graceland was everything we wanted and more! The most well stocked AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. It was so nice not having to worry about beach chairs, linens, towels, etc for our group of 11. Easy and close access to the beach and a little boardwalk area for breakfast and entertainment. 15 minute drive from Newburyport. Lawrence was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for the cost of our stay. Highly recommend!

This was a family weekend with wife, two teenaged sons and three of my siblings with their spouses. Graceland was perfect. All the beds we needed and then some. The kitchen was fully stocked, none of us has rented a house for ten people and actually had dishes, silverware and pots & pans for ten or more. There was table space enough for us to eat inside or outside. A Mister Coffee & a Keurig. The enclosed porch has a bar sink and an ice maker. Everything was clean and up to date, but no so fancy that we didn't feel comfortable walking in from the beach. Graceland really has parking for six vehicles. Graceland is really a block from the beach. Graceland is really three blocks to the boardwalk. What a great beach house and Lawrence has done absolutely everything he can to make our stay perfect. I have never had a stay where the host has done everything he could to make sure we had everything we need. Thank you for a great weekend.

Graceland was the perfect spot for our friends and family to gather in Salisbury for a few days. The house was as clean and cute as the pictures showed and Lawrence was super helpful and responsive and so nice!! The house is walking distance to everything so you don’t need to worry about driving anywhere! We’ll definitely be back to Graceland!
