Transparent Pricing
We provide our white-glove service for 15% of net rent. Net rent means we don't charge a commission on cleaning fees or third-party platform fees (like those charged by Airbnb). You keep more of what you earn.
Bi-Monthly Payouts
We process payouts on the 1st and 15th of each month. As a "one man band" operation, please allow for occasional extra processing time, but know that your property is getting personal, dedicated attention.
Tax Compliance
We handle the paperwork so you don't have to. We will provide you with a 1099 form in January of each year for your tax records.
Insurance Coverage
HamptonBeach.Rent has extensive liability coverage for our business operations. We also provide insurance to our clients that covers certain accidental guest damage, bedbugs & guest liability, similar to the insurance airbnb and other platforms offer. This insurance is purchased on your behalf through a third party insurance company each time a guest books. The cost of this insurance is charged separately to the guest & we deduct this from your payout. Of course, this does not replace your own homeowners, flood or other insurances.
