Unwind, explore, and make memories in this perfect retreat at the ocean!
Step through the front door into an expansive living room/kitchen with kitchen island for dining and couch for comfort. Window A/C units in this room as well as the bedroom ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. A fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, boasting all the essentials plus: coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate and creamer. The serene master bedroom offers AC comfort, LED lights and cozy queen-size bed. Transition to the bathroom with hairdryer and rejuvenating stand-up shower. Embrace this beach paradise.
You will have full private access to the whole house and all outdoor areas.
The most likely method of communication between us will be messages via the booking app, but I live & work from home very close by so I can be available quickly should you need anything!

Thursdays - Sundays are typically busier times and you may get stuck in extended traffic as you arrive or if you need to drive on Ocean Ave north to rte 101 or 1A. Your best bet is to get here, park & walk! Everything is very close!

My husband and I stayed at Lawrence‘s Airbnb for two nights in October.
It was easy to find, and the directions were clear for accessing the inside of the unit.
This was one of the cleanest Airbnb‘s I’ve ever stayed in, and there has been a lot!
The beach was a short walk, and it was nice that as long as we kept our dogs on a leash, they could go out on the beach.
This seems like it would be really crazy in the summer, but it was great in October.
I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Great place to stay! Lawrence was super responsive and let us check in early! The place was very clean and exactly as pictured. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. What we loved the most was that we were able to bring our dog. Planning on staying again next year.

Host was great. Very responsive to any questions. Could not ask for better communication! House was clean. Actually the rental is cuter in person than the pictures! We stayed a few nights for a girls trip and had so much fun. Easy walk to the ocean, bars, restaurants etc but away enough to feel safe! The only down fall with our particular apartment was the parking was a little tight. I had no trouble getting in or out but it’s right next to another apartments porch and I felt like if you didn’t have respectful ppl in there that could be a potential issue. That’s the only “negative” thing I can say. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to book next summer!!

Cozy beach cottage perfection. This adorable retreat was the epitome of comfort and cleanliness. Lawrence’s hospitality was top-notch. He was understanding and accommodating which made our stay even more special. This prime location made it easy to explore local attractions & restaurants plus we were throughly able to enjoy the beach. Highly recommend for a true Hampton Beach getaway!

Lawrence was an awesome host… friendly, easy to communicate with, and super quick to respond to any questions. The place was spotless when I arrived, well-stocked, and felt instantly comfortable. The location was perfect and right in the middle of everything, making it easy to walk or get anywhere I needed. You can tell Lawrence really cares about his guests having a great stay. We had a wonderful stay with our children. It’s a great location close to island beach section but close to all the action and nightlife. Tucked away from street in the rear with a quiet seating area outside your door. Lawrence was very responsive. The town unexpected removed one of his two parking spots and he worked with us to figure out an agreeable solution. We will stay again anytime.
