What oceanfront means here

Oceanfront is a title I only use on Oceanfront Condo and Cozy Oceanfront Penthouse. Both list ocean front / beach front on the live amenity list and a private sunrise deck. I will not slap oceanfront on a walk-to apartment.

Walk-to-beach (not oceanfront)

Seaside Social and Seaside Social Deluxe are steps from the sand. Beach Haven and Cozy Beach Haven are just a block from the beach. Graceland is a 4-minute walk in Salisbury — still not an oceanfront title. Those are the walk-to picks.

Not oceanfront — do not stretch the word

Neighborhood Nest and The Nature Preserve are about 10 minutes to the beach in Portsmouth. Merrymeeting Lake is one lake house. None of those three are oceanfront.
