"Booked this last minute for Labor Day Weekend. The price was comparable to hotel availability, but so much nicer. It was perfect for what I was looking for. The location was excellent. We especially loved the balcony for breakfast and watching the fireworks. Lawrence was a great host and very responsive. I would definitely stay again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lawrence’s cottage! We were on a combination anniversary/birthday trip from Texas and were joined by our son who lives in NYC. I am very particular about the Airbnb’s I stay in and this one was truly outstanding! Everything was brand new, immaculately clean and every amenity was well thought out. It was a great location near to the coast and to downtown Portsmouth. Vernon gave us great ideas of places to eat and things to do. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the area. Five stars!"

Lawrence was absolutely great to deal with, answered all my questions and was very informative!! My only complaint would be, there is no tv in the bedroom but that is not a make or break for us. We would absolutely stay here again, and look forward to doing so!"
