"Graceland was amazing. It was everything and more! Lawrence was amazing and his communication was excellent. The house was clean, a one minute walk to the beach and less than a 5 min walk to the center. We had two families and it was perfect and easily could’ve had another family. Tons of beds, an amazing backyard and great commons areas. We will definitely be booking another stay as it was one of the best vacations we ever had. Thanks Lawrence!"

"My 1.5 year old granddaughter and I stayed at Lawrence’s place while enjoying a weekend at the beach. The location is perfect. Close to everything but also far enough away that you have quiet when you want it. As described by the owner, parking is a little different. You park next to the porch of the unit that is in front. I mention this because I missed the sign labeling the parking spot for 9C and drove by the house at first. I had to turn around at the end of the dead end road and it was VERY tight for my large SUV. An unhappy neighbor came out to I think at first yell at me, then felt bad and helped me lol The place itself was great with a toddler. Nothing I had to worry about keeping her out of and a huge shower which she loved. Lawrence was very responsive and might even reside close by. I always like staying at Airbnbs where the owner is hands on and has a care factor. Definitely would stay again!"

"This property was exactly as we expected with the location to all the activities of Hampton Beach being the prime draw. You can't beat the location especially considering parking was provided. It's a very basic two bedroom without a lot of frills, but it was exactly what we wanted for our two night stay, and the fact that it was pet friendly was huge for us!"

Peaceful , clean beach. The outside deck was super to chill on under the pine tree. Our favorite was the foot shower out back, lovely and warm.

He made adjustments and was super flexible to fit my needs very last minute (literally 2 hours before check in!). The home itself was the perfect beach cottage. Walkable distance to many restaurants/cafes and 5 minute walk to the beach. It is located right near Christy’s Beach Pizza and Wally’s, which was awesome. Such a cozy beach vibe. 10/10 would stay again and I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a place to stay in Hampton."
